Returns, Refund and Shipping Policy

At Titanflexx, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer the following return, refund, and shipping policy:

Returns:
You can return any item within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed. The refund will be issued within a minimum of 2 days and may take up to 5 days to reflect in your original payment method.

Shipping:
Your order will be shipped within a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 8 days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor its progress.
